Bathroom Remodeler in Atlantis, FL

Most bathroom remodeling projects in Atlantis take 3-5 weeks from start to finish, depending on the scope of work. A simple refresh with new fixtures and finishes typically runs 2-3 weeks, while full gut renovations with layout changes can take 4-6 weeks. The timeline depends heavily on permit approval times and material availability. We build buffer time into our schedules because Florida's permitting process can vary, and we'd rather give you a realistic timeline upfront than promise something we can't deliver. Weather rarely impacts interior bathroom work, but we do plan around hurricane season and heavy rain periods that might affect material deliveries or any exterior work required for venting or electrical updates.

Palm Beach County requires permits for most bathroom remodeling work that involves plumbing, electrical, or structural changes. This includes moving fixtures, adding new electrical circuits, or removing walls. Simple cosmetic updates like painting, replacing vanity tops, or swapping out fixtures in the same locations typically don't require permits. However, any work involving water lines, drain modifications, or electrical additions needs proper permitting. We handle all permit applications and inspections as part of our service. Our team knows Palm Beach County's requirements and maintains relationships with local inspectors, which helps keep your project moving smoothly through the approval process.

Custom bathroom remodels in Atlantis typically range from $25,000 to $75,000, depending on size, finishes, and complexity. A mid-range renovation with quality fixtures and finishes usually falls in the $35,000-$50,000 range. Higher-end projects with luxury finishes, smart home integration, or significant layout changes can reach $75,000 or more. The biggest cost drivers are typically tile work, high-end fixtures, and any structural modifications required. We provide detailed estimates upfront so you know exactly where your investment is going. Our goal is to maximize value within your budget, not push you toward the most expensive options.

Absolutely. We understand that bathroom renovations disrupt your daily routine, so we work with you to minimize that impact. Most Atlantis homeowners prefer we work during regular business hours when they're at work or out for the day. For single-bathroom homes, we coordinate the most disruptive phases to happen in concentrated time periods rather than dragging them out. We also provide clear daily updates on progress and next-day plans, so you always know what to expect. Communication is key to making the renovation process as smooth as possible for your family.

Yes, we handle both design and construction with our own team.
