Kitchen Remodeler in Coral Gables, FL

Most kitchen renovations take 6-8 weeks from start to finish, depending on the scope of work and any structural changes needed. Simple updates like cabinet replacement and countertops typically finish faster, while full renovations with layout changes, electrical updates, and custom work take the full timeline. We provide a detailed schedule during planning so you know exactly what to expect. Coral Gables permit requirements can add 1-2 weeks to the timeline, but we handle all permit applications and coordinate inspections to minimize delays.

Kitchen renovation costs vary significantly based on size, materials, and complexity of the project. A basic refresh with new cabinets and countertops typically starts around $25,000-40,000, while full renovations with custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, and structural changes range from $50,000-100,000+. We provide detailed estimates after understanding your specific needs and goals. Coral Gables homes often require additional considerations for permits and architectural compliance, which we factor into all pricing. The investment typically returns 70-80% of the cost in increased home value.

We can work with your existing layout if it functions well for your needs, which often saves time and money by avoiding plumbing and electrical relocations. However, many kitchens benefit from layout improvements that better utilize space and improve workflow. During our initial consultation, we'll assess your current layout and discuss options that range from cosmetic updates to complete reconfigurations. Sometimes moving just one wall or relocating an island makes a dramatic difference in functionality. We'll recommend the approach that gives you the best results within your budget and timeline.

We conduct thorough assessments before starting work to identify potential issues, but sometimes problems only become visible once walls are opened or fixtures removed. When unexpected issues arise - like outdated wiring, plumbing problems, or structural concerns - we stop work immediately and discuss options with you. We provide clear explanations of what needs to be addressed and why, along with cost estimates for any additional work. Nothing proceeds without your approval. Our experience with Coral Gables homes helps us anticipate common issues and budget for contingencies upfront.
